Lena James Trends Co., is a Scottsdale, AZ based retail fashion accessory company. We have been selling our own line of Crystal Flip-Flops since 2003 via our website CrystalFlipFlops.com.

Our Crystal Flip-Flops are hand-crafted using the most brilliant crystals available, Swarovski®. We pair the Swarovski® Crystals with a Havaianas and/or Cariris brand Flip-Flop.

We are able to keep our Crystal Flip-Flops below retail price to you for several reasons:

• We do not have a retail store.
  
  
• We keep a minimum number of Flip-Flop color choices and Crystal color choices in stock.
  
  
• We custom make the Crystal Flip-Flop upon receiving your order.

Return Policy....

Due to the custom nature of our business we do not accept merchandise return. We do allow exchanges of unworn merchandise within 7 days of receipt. Customer must pay the additional shipping costs.

A Few Notes ...

There may be an occasion that we are unable to fill your order due to out-of-stock inventory. If this happens we will contact you. At that time you have the choice of ordering another style that is available or canceling your order entirely.
